Starting her career in education before transitioning into executive roles in the private sector, she is a strong advocate for leveraging transferable skills to unlock new career pathways. With a degree in Business Management, a Graduate Certificate in Management, and specialized certifications in Waterproofing Technologies, she brings a dynamic and well-rounded perspective to leadership and workforce development.

With over a decade of experience across public education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors, she has helped bridge the gap between talent and opportunity—supporting both senior leaders and entry-level professionals in developing the skills needed for career advancement.

As the former Global Head of Apprentice Support at Multiverse, she led strategic initiatives to enhance career pathways and workforce integration. With expertise in recruitment, leadership development, and educational technology, she is passionate about transforming talent acquisition to drive long-term business success. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Educational Counseling, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA to further innovate in the future of work.
